Privacy policy – JobMESH Ads Control Center
This privacy policy covers JobMESH Ads Control Center, an internal tool that Jobmesh GmbH uses to manage its own advertising accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta). The privacy policies of our job search websites are separate.
Who is responsible

Data accessed
Through the Google Ads API the tool reads and changes data of JobMESH’s own Google Ads accounts only: campaign settings, budgets, ads, ad assets (texts, images, logos) and performance metrics such as costs, clicks and conversions. It does not access personal data of jobseekers, website visitors or other end users.
Use
The data is used only to report on and manage JobMESH’s own advertising. It is not sold, not used for profiling and not shared with third parties.
Storage and deletion
The data is processed on JobMESH’s own computer and kept there in a local cache. Reporting data is deleted from the cache after two days at the latest. Access tokens are stored in the operating system’s protected keychain.
Access to a Google account can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, the tool can no longer access the account.
AI services
To write ad texts and create ad images, the tool sends ad themes and draft texts, but no personal data, to Anthropic (Claude) and Google Cloud Vertex AI. Data received from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
JobMESH Ads Control Center’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
